The smaller insulator is a new unlisted insulator. The larger one is attributed to Korea and is a U - 2041.

The smaller one is from Belarus and I guess possible Russian. 2 1/8" wide 2" tall

It has a 3/8" hole all the way thru. the cap has lines as well as the skirt of the knob.
