Nice old power piece, these were used in the Grand Rapids area of Michigan, some on a line to a damn. These don't pop up that often and are going crazy high on eBay. The insulator has a small open bubble, too very small base flakes, a faint middle skirt bruise, half the inner skirt in missing, and a couple pin pricks, I can send more pictures if needed. Was $44, now only 37 plus exact shipping.
