From Central Power's 2020 construction summary - damage at Verendrye Electric's Bergen sub. It appears one of the regulators failed when it was moving from one voltage step to the next. Besides the regulators, Central Power had to rebuild the 12.5kV structure, pour a new support pad for the regulators, and replace the control hut.
