I saw this piece in a local online auction. It looked to be cracked, but the color is something I don't have in my toll collection. When I examined the toll after winning the lot, it does appear to be a fracture, but an internal one (you can't feel it from the outside), and it looks like a wave going through the insulator. Best of all, there is a large inclusion that looks like a flat piece of metal in the dome, that pierces the fracture and may have caused it. So even with the damage, I'm pleased to add it to my toll collection.
