Hey ICON, Found this a while ago and then found it again in the shop. Kind of an odd crown on this piece, seems exaggerated just above the wire groove as it connects to the dome. Measures 3 1/4" wide and 3 5/8" tall. Has that shiny O-B style brown glaze. What caught my eye is this weird mark on the skirt. It appears to be on top of the glaze but also has the appearance of being subjected to high heat so maybe it went through the Lehr like that. It's a crude P inside an even more crude circle. Know of anybody in the hobby that used to mark insulators this way? Let me know. I'll post a close-up of the mark. There is no other mark on the piece. The insulator does show signs of being used.
