This Rio Grande engine has seen cleaner days. This is also an interesting picture, as the engine looks like it is leaning. The curve on this part of track is built up on the outside to allow for higher speeds, so the train is leaning into the curve, although at this point, it was just sitting there waiting for another crew to come take it east.
