On a rural 7200V line in western ND. Odd to see large NON-radio treated triple-petticoat bowls on distribution! A few years after this picture, the company converted the distribution line from 7200V delta to 12.5kV open-Y. Other than moving the right-hand tap to the newly repurposed neutral in the middle (and supporting it with a vise-top), nothing else changed.
