An insulator you don't see as often and normally are chipped up. This one does have some damage, but not bad for one of these. There's a bruise with a couple chipped drips behind the "1678" which can be seen in the picture and 11 nicked drip points, other than that, just a pin prick. $40 plus shipping, I can send more pictures if needed.
