Lots has changed. The old Anchor Hocking plant in the background has been torn down and replaced with a new business. The pole was taken down a few months back. Somebody else had already been around and grabbed most of the (admittedly all common) insulators from it. I don't think they were a collector as they probably wouldn't have missed the one in the next picture.
