Jim Meyer stated there were lots of these used on the Clarksburg to Parkersburg, Wva. section of the B&O. I've only found one that was whole. Would have loved to have been around when the P'burg to Clarksburg subdivision was abandoned in the mid 1980's. (I was 6 or 7 years old, lol) They removed the rails and left all the poles up. The entire line is now a rail trail.
