It's a nice looking Dwight Pattern CD 143 but not a GNW. It has a very uneven beveled base so this insulator is going to be a leaner when standing upright. I'd clean it up and take another photo but the wooden side pin is seized on so I can't unscrew it until it dries out for a few weeks.
