I never liked being a landlord. Parents died, so we put a tenant in their house to prevent vandalism from the slithering slumdivision nerdoweller's across the road who have nothing better to do. Tenant was given notice in summer of 2019. He keeps finding ways to stay put. I can't do the renovations until he's out, and I can't move until the reno's are done. I am moving but I can't say when. so, It is obvious that many of the things I have, and the piles of 'potential' that have accumulated over 40 years will not be making the move. I have six of these trees, roughly 9 feet tall and 5 feet in diameter. Made with almost 60 four pin tramp brackets. The brackets are bolted together, as well as bolted to the centre stand by multitasking the insulator pins. It has an X base, which allows it be placed on concrete or grass. This allows for easy disassembly for transport. Each tree holds about 200 insulators. Brackets are 12 lbs each, 200 insulators 300 lbs and the stand another 100 lbs. . $800 each.
