For sale I have a Hemingray CD 152 with a metal inclusion below the embossing. To me it looks like a small piece of wire or a staple. There is a couple chipped drip points on the r-side that made a small base bruise. And a small peck on the E in the embossing and a small pec on the upper r-side wire groove.
