Mentioned in shooting stars and speed diamonds answered question that I thought the B on a 102 B was embossed with that wacky "ramp" on left side on purpose, because it was meant to be placed near left mold line not centered and that was for the draft angle. This one seems to also exhibit some of the mold scraping and associated raised material streaking to left that would be consistent with the shooting stars and speed diamonds answer.
