CD 102 [050] (F‑Skirt) Star. My understanding is that these distinct black streaks are caused by mold paste. The thin line arches over the Star and then thickens as it reaches the lower wire groove ridge then drops down again to the base in a thin black line. I see no damage at all so will call this mint. Stars come in a wide variety of mold shapes for the CD 102. Maybe this can be a character addition in a different mold style.
