The following picture compares the PA found CD 133.2 No Embossing with a CD 133.2 No Embossing insulator that I received in trade with a collector in Canada (Insulator was found in South Eastern Canada). Details on the two insulators are as follows:

CD-133.2 No Embossing - MLOD - Glass Button Under Dome - Crude Blue Aqua - Measured 75 mm Wide x 105 mm Tall. It was interesting to note that there was a 12 mm high (3/8 ") cavity above the insulator threads. To me, this looked like a typical American Insulator / Oakman cavity above the threads.

CD-133.2 No Embossing - MLOD - No Glass Button Under Dome - Clean Glass /Blue Aqua with Greenish tint - Measured 73 mm Wide x 96 mm Tall.

The Canadian CD 133.2 is 9 mm shorter and does not have a cavity above the threads like the PA found insulator. I only have the one Canadian CD 133.2 so I do not know how the various mold variations stack up with my comments. If anyone else has the taller CD 133.2 with the cavity above the threads like this USA variant, I would look to have details on your find.
