I finally found the box that my green CD 133.2 P&W was stored in. I found this insulator in 1977 on the Pennsylvania Railroad which is now CONRAIL railroad - probably Pennsylvania Western at the time this insulator was installed. This CD 133.2 was found west of Gallitzin on route to Creston, PA within a mile of where RT 53 was crossed by the RR track. The exact embossing and details are as follows:

CD-133.2 L.A.C. / Patd July 25th 1865 /P&W - Button MLOD - Crude Medium Green - Measuerments are: 95mm (Height) x 74 mm (Wide)

In comparing the green CD 133.2 P&W with the blue CD 133.2 [id=607605816], the viewer will note a slight difference in the mold style between the two insulators. The wire groove on the blue version is about 6 mm wider and 6 mm deeper than the green version. Neither insulator had any mold marks or numbers.
