When I returned to central Mountrail County in the early 2010s, hoping to find that old REA line for a photograph, I found this lone survivor that was fed from the new 24.9kV circuit that had been built along the same alignment (the pole and transformer has since given way to a riser on the new pole and pad-mount transformer across the road).
