In previous posts I suggested the insulators embossed with a "7" or bar are typically thought to be manufactured by the King City Glass Works (KCGW). Post No. 28 shows beautiful CD 151 "7" insulator found in Virginia.

CD-151 "7" (Front Skirt) / "7" (Back Skirt) - Deep Yellow /Forest Green With a Snow Fall of Small Cull Stones.

This insulator was found on the Norfolk Southern Railroad North West of Richmond, Virginia. This post shows an enlarged picture with the dome backlit to show the beautiful snow in this CD 151 telegraph insulator.
