An ICON member sent me e-mail asking if I could post a picture of the embossing on unique CD 134 Rim Embossing Oakman style insulator [id=605227212]. The CD 134 Oakman is embossed as follows:

CD 134 rim embossed OAKMAN PATd SEPT 13. 81. in a greenish aqua - almost mint - color (note: the d is underlined). This CD 134 was found on the Central of Georgia Railway telegraph line North of Macon, GA.

I thought it would be no problem taking a picture of the rim embossing - it was very hard. Unlike the rim embossing on the CD 134 American, this embossing is not on the bottom. The embossing is actually on the inside of the rim rather than on the bottom. With a little work, I was able to find a camera angle that showed the embossing. This is a picture of the full embossing. Since it is a little small, I will also post a close-up picture of the "Oakman" [id=606425307] and a second picture of the "Patd date" [id=606425448] embossing.
