I bid in an auction 3 hours drive from me. Unfortunately there were milk bottles in the same lot, and a bottle collector bid the lot way above what I wanted to pay, but I wasn't going to let the blond U-179 go.

Luckily I was able to get in touch with him after I picked up the lot and he bought the bottles for half what I paid for the lot, which was nice of him. There was only one picture of the box of insulators in the listing and I could clearly see the 3 brown U-179s (three different shades of brown) but the blond one was underneath and I was guessing as to what it was. I'm glad I guessed correctly.
