CD 700 have a tremendous range in height as can be seen in this photo. Notice the extreme difference on the two on the right. The shortest ones have no top or bottom extensions. Then they grow. Sometimes evenly, and sometimes just the top or bottom has an extension, and sometimes both. The length of the extensions are also inconsistent. The height or extensions simply depended upon how much glass the gatherer put in the mold. Less glass was short, more glass was tall.
