The second picture has the CD 151 w. Brookfield with two inner skirt chips. The CD 162.3 Brookfield, dome dot, reverse new York has a shallow Chip to upper wire ridge above by, and several shallow flakes off base. The CD 162 w. Brookfield New York on dome, pat.
