Per Digest Discussion: I'm no expert on thread-less, but I have extensively handled half a dozen or more of these Brookfields, and this one looks just fine to me. While I appreciate fellow collectors helping others to expose what they believe are alter pieces they come across, I'd like to hear from some of the thread-less specialists out there to get their take on the piece. Here are a couple that have the same attributes as the one on eBay. I know the persons who found them on a military line in New Mexico to be reputable. Just my opinion.
