I got this as part of an insulator collection I bought this week. The woman's deceased husband was a collector and she didn't know anything about the items he had. Any thoughts of what this might be?

Bill Snell suggested a labware handle. It did have a number (77-H) on it so I googled it and found out that it is a coffee pot handle. Ha Ha. Just because it's glass and says Pyrex, it is not necessarily an insulator.
