This complete dress uniform came from the son of a local Veteran whose father was a B-17 gunner. This sergeant was quit small as I had to use a teenager mannequin for the uniform and it still barely fit. Some were actually teenagers and most averaged around 20. The sterling wings have the winged bullet for a gunner. you can see it in "view original". He also has campaign ribbons with two service stars. Those are various aircraft cockpit instruments and aircraft radio equipment boxes in the case.
