Here's an odd piece - a very large 3" tall by 2" wide white knob insulator with "PPINC USA" embossing on top that remains bolted onto a very heavy cast iron bracket. Lou Hall has advised that these were bolted onto "I" or "C" shaped steel beams. Certainly not something I've come across here in Ontario before.

This example is in excellent shape, however the bolt within the cast iron bracket is badly seized in place. A long soak in penetrating oil may or may not free this one up.

Asking $8 USD plus shipping for this oddity. I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
