Saw this installation near the Wall*Mart located at 3131 N. Cedar Ave. in Fresno CA. USA on the morning of 06-10-20 (or, "2020 10 Jun." if you prefer).

I used my drone (a Contixo F24) to get up close & personal with this pole.

Note the plastic insulator at the top but two porcelain uniparts on the crossarm.
