Ok, it's probably a candle holder that accepts different size candles, but one can always hope. It's about 5" in diameter, 1.25" high and has 3 different depth concentric circles, the smallest one being .75" wide and .5" deep. There is a tiny amber streak on the edge of the innermost circle. The bottom is flat.
