Here is a sketch on threads that I did quite a while ago by actually having the insualtors cut in half. I did not do a double thread cause I was too cheap. LOL! One of the main reasons I did this was to show the difference between Oakman threads and American threads. And there are insulators embossed AMERICAN INSULATOR COMPANY (CD145s for example) with both thread types so you figure it out.
