Here's a U-2015 porcelain no-tie insulator recovered in Spain that has teeny scuff mark and some rust in the wire groove otherwise MINT! Measures only 2 7/8" wide x 5" tall! That's 5/8" shorter than the typical example (U-2017) made in England and is not shown on the NIA website.

This scarce unlisted (on NIA webiste) U-2015 No-Tie porcelain insulator in VNM++ goes to the first emai.
