Seen near the intersection of W. Shields Ave. and N. Cedar Ave. (the N. parking lot of a Wall*Mart) in Fresno CA. USA on the morning of 12-02-19.

The birds really seem to like these wires for reasons as-of-yet known; all other wires in the immediate vicinity were devoid of birds.
