Last weekend, a friend and I decided to hunt another one of the old PRR electrified lines. This particular line was called the Philadelphia to Thorndale Branch and was a low grade freight line that ran between Thorndale and Frazer PA. It was abandoned in 1989 and it appeared like little was done since aside from the tracks being removed. Nature has since taken over and this is the current state of the line. We parked in a hardware store parking lot across the road from the ROW and started our hike.
