Variations on a theme. Various U#s, short ones, tall ones, glazewelds. All early Thomas products, None are marked "Thomas" but several have symbols or numbers stamped under the top shell. Two have a "V" symbol and one has a "5". They also commonly have segmented threads. The glazes vary from rust/mustard through all the browns to near charcoal. At one time these were in wide use in the southeastern quarter of Ohio.
