Saw these insulators while flying my drone in the airspace over the SW corner of the parking lot of Arsenio's Mexican Restaraunt located at 3422 N. Cedar Ave. in Fresno CA. USA just after 8:00am, PDT on 08-19-19, so I brought my drone closer to the pole in order to have a better look. |
