Hello ICON.I have been asked many times by Bill to post a question on ICON.Finally got one. Why do so many CD 102 Canadian insulators have a machined band around the lower skirt? See my photo. I am looking for info on why. I do have an idea, but it is only a theory. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.
