Uxbridge is a small town in lower central MA. If any of you knew Phil Harding (among the founders of the Yankee Pole Cat Insulator Club in 1971), he was a lifelong resident of this area. Phil worked for Massachusetts Electric for approximately 40 years and really loved insulator collecting! No doubt he set foot upon at least one of the poles you see here and did some work atop them.
