This pole is situated in south of Limburg in Holland, and sports three fuse insulators, sometimes called "spooks". Here they are not used as that, as the wire are just passing thru. At each end of the porcelain bar on top are two bolts, and between them is the thin wire clamped which acts as a fuse. The wire is visible if you look close just above the porcelain bars.
