These switch poles were a common sight on Houston Lighting & Power lines in and around Houston, Texas. A few are still in service, but they are disappearing as lines are maintained and upgraded. This one is shown standing along Avenue H in Rosenberg, Texas in April 2017. The dead-end disks are likely Locke or Victor disks.
