As an O.V.G.Co. specialist I find myself just looking for character and color pieces that I don't have. I never expected to see a completely new profile. But today it happened. The Plunketts brought a one of a kind CD 196 with a completely different profile from any of the known examples (only about 15 known pieces including specimens). My mind was blown 10 minutes after I walked in the doors at the Mid-Ohio show today. After further discussion, it appears that the consensus is that this was caused by an underpour. |
