This brought back a memory of finding not one, but two on a building here in town that was slated to come down. Luckily, an architectural antiques guy had secured permission to salvage woodwork etc. from the building, and after some negotiation on price, he got out a ladder and pulled them down for me. Both made very good traders in a downsizing later. Check those "common" pieces!
