Make sure and look closely at those "common" pieces - I was nosing through a pile of common pieces at an antique shop many years ago and found a CD 160 with this PETTIOOAT error. I let that piece go in a downsizing some years ago and as I studied this piece, I wondered if this was the same one (mine was VNM+, as this one appears to be). Regardless, it is in good company.
