Here are CD 191 [010] transposition tops with the HEMINGAY embossing error in Aqua and the less common Hemingray Blue. There's also a Blue Aqua version as well.

The price guide has also always listed a matching CD 190 bottom with the HEMINGAY error, but I don't think it exists. I've never seen one and no one I've talked to in the hobby has ever seen one.
