The dimensions are 9.5"- 6.5"- 4.5" x 7" . Here is the same piece shown in the 1903 OB (Locke) catalog [id=491929673] . I have good reason to believe a production run of this insulator was shipped to Peru for a line that powered the city of Lima in 1903 .
