This photo is of a side view, showing off the very deep wire groove. The 547s seem to have a wide range of groove-depths, and this may be one of the deepest, resulting in very steep groove walls and 'sharp' groove rims (some people call them bat ears). And yet they are in mint condition! This also shows one of the double-headed eagle embossings next to the Yu.S.Nechaeva text, as well as more of the carbon swirled 'tiarra'. |
