I spotted this insulator in a case at the Salamanca Mall Antiques in Salamanca, NY. The case had several irradiated bottles and Sandwich glass pieces, as well as an Armstrong miniture. This is one of the "suspect" small "O" Tillotsons. These have popped up in clear, olive amber, black glass, and now cobalt.
