A CD 731 Threadless No Embossing telegraph insulator. A former owner made the following resin repairs: to a flat thumbnail flake in the front bottom skirt . To the rear : an open bubble on the upper wire groove and an open bubble/ flake to the lower wire groove. Also a huge 2" by 1" inch skirt bubble broke open to the base and was resin filled along with roughness. Asking $385.
