Here is a photograph of the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph office and its operating staff standing in front of their new office location in downtown Pasco, Washington. The picture was taken on North 4th Avenue sometime in late March or early April of 1936. The "rose" standing amongst the "thorns" in the center is Leola Arbogast. To her immediate left, is C.P. Shaffer, Manager. Also pictured are the Telephone Installers, Linemen and Directory Salesmen. By looking at the way the men are dressed, you can kind of figure out who did what. Notice the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Co. Bell System emblems on the two front windows. Also notice the reflection of the alley arm complete with insulators being reflected off of the window on the right. As for man's best friend in the middle, he sits there patiently waiting for this photo session to end soon as it is cold and wet outside.
