Shown is a picture of a recently painted logging railroad mural on a old building in Oakdale, Louisiana. Oakdale is centrally located in the thick piney woods of Louisiana and was a logging town in the early 1900's. Remnants of old logging rail lines still run through the woods, I've never found any insulators on these old lines, just along the Missouri Pacific line that ran through Kinder, La.
