Here is a pic of two 164s, the one on the left has a #4 on dome and has a dot after NY . It also has a possible B G M CO "blotout" (not confirmed) . The one on the right has a #5 on dome and the same dot after NY, but no sign of possible "blot out" . Anyone have similar 164s ???
